全院现有专任教师80人，其中教授18人，副教授25人，具有博士学位教师60人，博导9人。享受国务院特殊津贴人员1人，教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”1人，浙江省“新世纪151人才工程”培养人员15人，浙江省之江青年社科学者4人，浙江省高校中青年学科带头人5名，全国优秀教师1人，浙江省杰出教师1人，浙江省高校“优秀教师”2人。

钭晓东 Tou Xiaodong
Dean of law school, executive director of Donghai institute, professor, doctoral tutor.National talents of tens of millions;Young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions from the state;Granted a Special Allowance from the State Council; Major project leaders of the National Social Science Fund;A PHD in Wuhan University, postdoctoral fellow of international law in Macquarie University, a postdoctoral fellow of theoretical law of research center of theoretical law in Jilin University; the experts of China's first batch of environmental damage assessment and was Selected into the national environmental damage assessment expert database, a researcher of environmental justice theory research base of Supreme Court, Deputy director of the Marine Environmental Law, vice chairman of Environmental Law Branch of Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, Committee of the Chinese Society of Environmental Law; has published more than 90 papers in authoritative and core journals, such as China legal Sciences, Management World, Modern Law Science, Legal Science, Law Review,Xinhua digest, China social science digest, and so on;has won first prize in Zhejiang province philosophy social sciences achievements two times, was selected into the national library of social science achievements;chaired or participated in a series of national and local legislation.
李学兰 Li Xuelan
Prof. Li, doctoral supervisor in the Chinese Academy of Social Science, Party Secretary of the Law School. Her research direction is economic law, legal education, jurisprudence, maritime law, and economic law. She is one of the experts on undergraduate teaching evaluation of local universities in the evaluation center of the ministry of education, a member of the steering committee of critical thinking and innovative education of the ministry of education, one of the standing director of the Chinese society of legal logic, and the vice President of the society of legal culture of the provincial law society.
张炳生 Zhang Bingsheng
Prof. Zhang, doctoral supervisor, is in charge of National Characteristic Discipline (Law Major), Major of National Comprehensive Reform Pilot for Undergraduate, Advantage Major of Zhejiang Province, Branded Major of Ningbo City. Professor Zhang is one of expert members of Zhejiang Provincial Selection Committee of Judges and Prosecutors, the legal adviser of Ningbo Municipal Committee, the standing director of Intellectual Property Law Research Institute of China, and the standing director of International Economic and Trade Law Research Institute of China.
董茂云 Dong Maoyun
Prof. Dong, doctoral supervisor. He is the vice-president of National Institute of Foreign Legal History and the one of standing director of Constitutional Law Research Institute of China. Once he was in charge of the Doctoral Program of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law in Fudan University and now he is in charge of the discipline of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law in Ningbo University Law School. Professor Dong was named as the outstanding young and middle-aged jurist in Shanghai.
郑曙光 Zheng Shuguang
Prof. Zheng, doctoral supervisor, is in charge of the discipline of Economic Law in Ningbo University Law School, and the vice-president of Economic Law Research Institute of Zhejiang Province. He was granted “ Outstanding Teacher of Zhejiang Province”,“ National Excellent Teacher” and so on. His main research area is economic law and corporate law.
蔡先凤 Cai Xianfeng
Prof. Cai, doctoral supervisor, is one of the standing director of Environmental Resources Law Research Institute of China, and the vice-president of Environmental Resources Law Research Institute of Zhejiang. His main research area is environmental resources law, nuclear energy utilization law and the legal system of marine ecological civilization.
曲波Qu Bo
Prof. Qu, doctoral supervisor, is one of the leading expert of provincial high-education youngsters, one of Ningbo Yongjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor. She is also the director of Chinese society of international law, the director of Chinese society of the law of the sea, and the director of Ningbo Donghai study base.
赵微 Zhao Wei
Prof. Zhao, doctoral supervisor, mainly studies criminal law and maritime crime. She is one of the director of international association of criminal law China branch, one of the standing director of China society of criminology, one of the director of China society of criminal law, and one of the director of China ocean law society.
