Major of Law

The major of law has been successively awarded as national first-class major, national Comprehensive reforming major, national distinctive major, "12th Five-Year" and "13th Five-Year" excellent distinctive major of Zhejiang Province. In 2019, it was selected as one of the first national first-class undergraduate program construction bases. In 2020, the major of law ranked as 5 stars --the 53rd, national top 8.69% . In 2021, the major of law ranked national top 8.38% in Qiu Junping's undergraduate ranking. The teaching team of law major is the first provincial teaching team among the universities in Zhejiang Province. The law major has two modules of domestic law and foreign-related law. With the regional advantage and the demand of elites under the national initiative of "One Belt and One Road", we strive to train the students into commercial legal elites and foreign-related legal elites. In recent years, remarkable achievements have been made in the construction of the major and the international education. A multi-level personnel training system concerning degree of bachelor , master and doctor has been formed.

Major of Administrative Management

The major of Administration Management is the key construction major of Ningbo City and Zhejiang Province. In 2019, it was selected as one of the first national first-class undergraduate program construction bases. We are actively applying for and building the national first-class undergraduate program at the moment. The ranking of majors and disciplines rose rapidly, and the ranking of Soft Science was top 30%. Based on the leading administrative practice of Zhejiang Province and Ningbo City, the major of Administration Management has formed distinctive professional modules of Government Governance, Land Administration and Educational Administration, which is in line with the discipline direction of the master degree in public administration of the national first-class universities and meet the needs of national and local governmental civil servants. The major of Administration Management has three provincial-level platforms in cooperation with Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and other institutions, and three municipal-level key platforms such as "Modernization of Municipal Social Governance". This major has a strong faculty with one leading academic elites, one recipients of special subsidies from the State Council, one winner of the Commemorative medal of the 70th year of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and eight 151 Elites Project Training Personnel of Zhejiang Province. This major has formed the undergraduate personnel training model of "solid foundation, diverse modules, emphasis on innovation, focus on practice".
