Dear 2017 undergraduate students,
You are supposed to get the certificates(degree certificate and graduation certificate) around July 2021 if you earn all the required credits according to your study plan. The requirements of photo are as follows.
The photo will be uploaded to CHSI(China Higher Education Student Information website). Please show the following picture to the photographer before taking photos.
1. Requirements
①Posture and look: sit upright with natural expression, eyes naturally open and look flat, keep ears symmetrical, balance shoulders.
②Glasses：Those who often wear glasses should wear glasses, but should not wear colored glasses(including contact lenses, cosmetic lenses). The frame should not block the eyes. The glasses should not have reflection.
③Ornaments and shields: do not use head coverings (for religious, medical and cultural needs, do not cover the face or cause shadows). Do not wear earrings, necklaces and other accessories.
④No broken hair. Don't cover eyebrows, eyes or ears. Don't make up. No oil, no highlight on the face. Lips should be naturally closed.
⑤Clothing: wear a shirt (preferably white collar shirt), or wear light colored collar clothes (single color, not fancy). The color should be clearly distinguished from the background color. Do not wear blue, purple, yellow, green, pink clothes, avoid complex patterns, stripes.
⑥The background should be blue(refer to the sample picture.)
⑦Size:width 480px, height 640px
2. How to submit
Send the digital copy to email: dailili@dianjingsite.com , named as “Student id + name” . And take 4 Photos to Law building 220. The deadline is December 1st.
3. Fee
30 RMB/person
Take the photo in Sisi Studio.
4. Tips
Students abroad can take photos locally and send the electronic version to dailili@dianjingsite.com by December 1, and ask your friends in China to print out 4 photos and send them to the law school 220 office for degree certificates. Photo requirements 2 inches, blue background.
